We offer a 1-year installation warranty All installations are covered by our 1-year workmanship guarantee. If any lifting, peeling, or bubbling occurs due to installation, we’ll fix it at no cost.

What’s Not Covered (keep it simple & clear)
- Damage caused by accidents, pressure washers, vandalism, or poor surface conditions.
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, stone chips, fading from neglect).
Our warranties do not cover damage from accidents, harsh cleaning methods, or vandalism.

Rush: 3–5 days production + 1–2 days install (limited availability)
Illuminated / Fabricated Signs (channel letters, cabinets, metal/3D letters)
Standard: 3–6 weeks (fabrication & electrical)
Rush: 2–4 weeks (when materials in stock)
Permits (if required by the city)

Pricing & Policies:
Minimum Order:
Print/production minimum: CA$65 per job.
Design services minimum: CA$60.
On-site installation: 2-hour minimum at CA$95/hr CA$190, within London, ON.
Local site survey (if needed): CA$120 in London; travel extra outside the city.
Minimums exclude tax and materials. Multiple items can be combined to meet the minimum.

If we make a mistake, we’ll make it right—fast.
We Will Fix or Reprint At No Charge When:
The product has a manufacturing defect (print, cut, laminate, hardware).
The wrong size/material/finish was produced compared to the approved proof.
An installation issue appears that is due to our workmanship.
Claim:
Printed products: Report issues within 5 business days of pickup/delivery.
Installation workmanship: Covered for 12 months.
Email photos so we can assess and act quickly.
What’s Not Covered:
Typos, layout, or low-resolution images approved on your proof.
Colour differences caused by viewing on phones/monitors (RGB) vs. print (CMYK).
Normal wear, improper care, pressure-washing edges, accidents, vandalism, or surface/paint issues.
Colour shifts across different materials (e.g., vinyl vs. painted aluminum) or different production runs.
Colour Policy (Read Before Approving Proofs)
Colour can vary slightly: between screens and printed products, across materials/finishes, and between print runs. This is normal and not considered a defect.
Digital proofs are for content and layout: screen colours are only approximate.
For brand-critical colours, ask for our Paid Colour Match service:
We print hard proof swatches on your actual material for your approval fees applies
Pantone/brand matching: is done as a visual match in CMYK (spot colours are simulated; exact matches cannot be guaranteed on all substrates).
Tip: Gloss vs. matte and textured surfaces can make colours appear lighter/darker.
Remedy for Colour Concerns
If you approved a hard proof and the final product is clearly different from that proof, we will reprint/adjust at no charge.
If you approved only a screen proof, minor variations are expected and not eligible for free reprints.
Remedies:
For eligible claims, we will repair, reprint, or replace the affected item(s). Because everything is custom, cash refunds are not offered; our liability is limited to the value of the original job.
